Built on Shared Identity

At Bliss Healthcare, we believe recovery is deepest when it's built on shared identity, shared language, and shared history. We are creating a space where Black African and African American women can heal from substance use - without leaving their culture, faith, or community at the door.

Our program is led by women from the communities we serve, grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, and designed around the real lives of the women who walk through our doors - as mothers, survivors, immigrants, and leaders.

Our Pillars of Care

Culturally Grounded

Care shaped by shared language, faith traditions, extended-family structures, and community-defined ideas of wellness.

Women-Led, Women-Centered

More than 70% of our key decision-makers and at least half of our treatment staff come from the communities we serve.

Whole-Person Support

From counseling and recovery support to housing, benefits, and family navigation - we treat the whole woman, not just the diagnosis.
